- Monday - Friday from 8am to 9am to 4:30pm to 5:30pm, with a possibility of an earlier start.

- Carry out service and maintenance of company products at customer sites as instructed, ensuring customer satisfaction within agreed timeframes, utilizing approved spare parts, manuals, and instructions.
- Ensure adherence to Company Health and Safety Policy.
- Maintain consistency with customers, service needs, and management communication.
- Provide appropriate coverage in the absence of the National Service Manager.
- Offer technical advice and support to team members and customer operators to aid in task completion.
- Assist in the development of other team members alongside the National Service Manager.
- Ability to carry out electro/Mechanical fault diagnosis.
- Capability to repair/replace mechanical assemblies and electrical components.
- 2 years' experience working with Electro-Mechanical Machinery in a Production environment.
- HNC Level or Equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with over 2 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. You will be based onsite at client locations in the Midlands (Nottingham, Derby, and Mansfield).
Auto-enrolled for the initial 6 months, the company's employer pension contribution is 6% for the first 2 years in the scheme and then automatically increases to 8%.
Our client, engaged in an exciting project, is seeking Electro-Mechanical Engineers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maximizing machinery performance.
To conduct installations, services, and maintenance of company products to the utmost standards, on customer sites as directed by Service Control or NSM.

Engineering Support:
Maintain regular communication with Service Control for optimized call response and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Complete and submit all necessary documentation and reports as per management or Service Control requirements. Foster good communication with the sales team, support colleagues, and fellow Engineers.
