Your role:


  • Utilise the CRM system to enhance / evolve processes throughout the UK and partner network to support in segmentation, customer sales, retention and campaign performance
  • Ensure CRM data is updated, accurate and easily manipulated to form effective campaigns
  • Support in the analysis and generation of leads, both on a national and partner network level
  • Generate new innovative and creative ideas for campaigns to support lead generation
  • Overall campaign management, ensure campaigns run on time, to a highstandard and are in line with the wider Marketing strategy
  • Support the wider Marketing team in adhoc events and partner network guidance

What we're looking for:


  • Experience with another luxury brand highly desirable
  • Proven experience delivering leadgeneration campaigns desirable
  • Confident supporting in strategy but also happy to work in a handson manner
  • Confident communicator, this role involves considerable amount of stakeholder management and collaboration with the wider marketing team
