Applications are welcome for a Research Fellow in Mathematical Modelling.

The successful applicant will mainly work with Professor Katherine Payne but also Dr Stuart Wright, Wellcome Trust Research Fellow based in the Manchester Centre for Health Economics.

The applicant will also work with Professor Ian Hall, Professor of Mathematical Epidemiology and Statistics based in the Mathematical and Statistical Epidemiology group on specific projects.

- building and populating mathematical models
- gathering, reviewing and synthesising relevant literature using appropriate systematic search methods
- collating and analysing data from national databases
- working collaboratively with research team members
