Description

As a member of the ASCR Education Team, the Clinical Practice Facilitator will promote the delivery of high quality patient care and safety by the provision of direct supervision, training and preceptorship support for all healthcare practitioners.

This will include providing support for registered nurses/ practitioners who are undertaking preceptorship and/or rotation programmes.

The Clinical Practice Facilitator will act as a point of escalation for preceptors who require support in managing individuals who are struggling todemonstrate the required standards of practice in accordance with the Trusts capability procedures.

The Clinical Practice Facilitator will support development of the learning environment and competency frameworks benchmarked against national standards of care.
