Well Ops UK Ltd currently has an opportunity for a focussed and committed Planned Maintenance System Co-ordinator to join our team.
This is a permanent position, based at our Aberdeen office.
The Planned Maintenance System Co-ordinator is responsible for the administration and support of the planned maintenance system (NS-Enterprise) working with the Marine Superintendents, Chief Engineers, Subsea Superintendents and Intervention Service Coordinators for all Well Ops UK operated assets, primarily Seawell, Well Enhancer, Q7000, IRS3, IRS6, SIL1A & B, SIL2 and additional Subsea systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support and administration of the planned maintenance system (NS-Enterprise).
- Managing the generation and distribution of PMS reports, ensuring compliance with Company requirements.
- Performing data entry as needed to maintain the accuracy of the system.
- Monitoring and escalating critical items/issues.
- Assisting with the creation and close out of jobs and work orders.
- Assisting in evaluating and implementing new systems and structure to continually improve Company processes.
- Conducting training sessions as needed on Company systems.
- Maintaining system and data security per Company Policies and industry regulations.
- Maintaining equipment lists and associated maintenance activities.
- Assisting with Audits and Compliance items internal and external to the Company.
- Understanding basic concepts of ISM, ISO, Flag State, and Offshore Regulatory requirements and providing support to end users during audits.
- Developing and maintaining documentation on procedures, manuals and user guides.
- Performing special projects as required.
- Supporting written scheme activities.
- Providing assistance during maintenance periods, ensuring that all maintenance activities are being performed and recorded as per requirements.
Experience/Skills required:
- 2 years working a planned maintenance system database, preferably NS-Enterprise.
- Good communication skills.
- Competent in the use of various software packages.
