Description

SF Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a long standing client of ours based in Ilkeston.

This is a great client of ours who really values their team. This is a full time, permanent role paying between £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience with fantastic company benefits.


Main duties will include;

Updating all vehicle breakdowns & defects following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimising disruption to customers

Manage suppliers and raising of order numbers to ensure our costs are controlled

Ensure that all systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information:

Assist with forward service planning and VOR management:

-
Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency for the individual, the workshops and the customers

Answering incoming calls professionally
:

Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
