A new and exciting position has arisen within the team for a physician's associate has arisen to work with the Non-Site Specific (NSS), MDT.
Patients are referred into the Trust directly from GP's where the GP is unsure as to what may be the cause of the patient feeling unwell.
The NSS team are proposing to commence a pilot in the community with a small number of GP's surgery to heighten awareness of the service and to try to encourage patients to come forward with symptoms in the more deprived areas of the community.
