Description

To support our growing business, The Rudd Group are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts department within our Newcastle office based in Brunswick Industrial Estate.

As Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger you will be responsible for:

  • Producing invoices for all three divisions of the group: Bob Rudd, Clear Cool and Innstay
  • Banking and cash allocation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Ledger Maintenance and reconciliation
  • Producing direct debits runs
  • Attending monthly debt meetings and responding to stakeholder queries
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ledger reconciliation skills and knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of working with Sage Line 50
  • The ability to work individually as well as part of the wider team
  • A 'can do' attitude with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure
