The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for two Lifestyle Coaches to join our Retirement Living Team - a fun yet challenging role tasked with promoting active lifestyles, positive wellbeing and social inclusion within our services.


We are looking for someone to work 20 hours per week at our Lime Gardens Scheme and someone to work 17.5 hours per week at our Broadmeadow Scheme, both located in Dudley and both well connected by local transport routes.


Our Retirement Living Schemes are home to many customers who love nothing more than to engage in the planning and running of activities that bring everyone in their community closer together; from quiz nights to arts and crafts, we even have an on-site gym that our customers enjoy Some of our customers have higher care needs and will require a little more support, your focus will be to ensure the programme of activities/events you create is inclusive for all.


Using your creative flair and ability to engage people, you'll plan and deliver a high-quality programme of lifestyle activities to enhance the wellbeing of our customers; supporting them to live independently.

You'll be creative in identifying and implementing lifestyle activities, facilitating themed events and promoting holistic health and wellbeing in a fun and entertaining way - always ensuring that our customers have a voice in contributing towards the programme.


  • You'll have demonstrable experience of planning, organising and delivering varied activities/events, adapted and tailored to the diverse needs of an audience
  • You'll have experience of working with a variety of age groups with a drive to enhance inclusion and participation
  • You'll also have basic IT skills with the ability to create activity planners
  • A creative flair coupled with the personality needed to encourage others to try new experiences is a must.
