Finance Integration Process Analyst - Outside IR35


Prestigious Enterprise Level Client requires an accomplished and hands on Process Analyst who can support the Finance integration project/Implementation of Oracle Cloud.

You will help to define the end-to-end process design of the purchase to pay processthrough business processes, Oracle Cloud solution and technology integrations.

Work Location - Hybrid and Flexibility to Travel to London Office on occasion. This role is outside IR3- Capture and document end-to-end business requirements. Contribute to the project plan, scope definition, and building controls framework.

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of system integration to automate invoicing and payments process. Responsible for maintaining documented processes with process maps.

Essential:


  • Previous experience of working on finance integration /accounting projects
  • Hands on and extensive process mapping, process design and redesign
  • Hybrid Business process analyst/ project manager
  • Understanding supply chain
  • Proven experience of endtoend process mapping in project and BAU capacity, ideally within Retail, Pharma, Beverages, Cosmetics or Consumer Goods/FMCG sectors
  • Understanding of project management methods. Experience of managing projects
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Change management support: impact assessments, process documentation, gap analysis and business analysis/Business Analyst skills
  • Oracle Cloud Experience, ideally Fusion
  • Helpful
  • Documenting processes
  • Good understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
  • Previous experience of moving from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud defining process for vendors, moving from PO to No PO and defining scope with procurement
  • Good work ethics, and high standards of professional integrity.
  • Excellent documentation skills and expert in MS Office.
  • Selfstarter who can hit the ground running for immediate contribution
  • Experience in ERP implementation.
  • Experience working with system implementation and integrations.
  • Experience of working in cross functional teams.
  • Proven experience of endtoend life cycle delivery.
  • Liaise with the business re UAT/training
