Customer Service AdministratorRochdale
£22,500 per annum
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
As the Customer Service Administrator, your role is to liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure that the customer is receiving the best quality service from the business.
This role will interact with all areas of the business both in theUK and throughout internal teams as far as Europe.
Within this role you will interact with the customers and provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the collection and delivery of goods.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Administer shipments and arrival times using the internal systems
- Manage a portfolio of customers ensuring that service requirements have been met
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that the agreed service levels are met
- Proactively inform the customer of any issues or deviations to the plan and provide an alternative course of action
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Experience:
- Worked within a transport or logistics environment (desirable not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
