    Senior Philanthropy Manager | Non-profitLondon | HybridPermCompetitive salaryOur client is a well known and loved performance venue and the UK's leading Creative Centre for young people, offering 24 music studios and diverse programs year-round.

    They support grassroots to professional sports teams, fostering creativity and preparing youth for successful transitions into adulthood and careers.

    Following a successful capital appeal, our client opened an extension to their organisation in 2023, supporting freelancers and creative entrepreneurs aged Their mixed-economy business model, combining commercial income and fundraising, supports their artistic and youth programs, needing £3 million annually alongside Arts Council England funding.

    Join the dynamic Partnerships & Philanthropy team, overseeing Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships, and Events.

    Lead an ambitious Philanthropy program to secure funds from individuals, trusts, and foundations, and manage our client's Arts Council England funding.

    Lead and energize our Philanthropy program, cultivating significant gifts from high-net-worth individuals and trusts. Oversee Arts Council England funding, ensuring exceptional stewardship and engagement to maximize fundraising opportunities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the Philanthropy team to achieve ambitious targets.
    Engage major donors and manage the Entrepreneurs Circle.
    Collaborate with the Development Board to secure new funding.
    Develop and implement major donor strategies and cultivation plans.
    Ensure timely and accurate reporting and impact assessment.
    Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external donors.
    Coordinate successful cultivation and stewardship events.
    Maximize Gift Aid opportunities and stay current with fundraising trends.


    Requirements:
    Proven leadership in fundraising and philanthropy.
    Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
    Experience with high-value donor cultivation and stewardship.
    Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
    Committed to supporting young people and aligning with our client's values.
