Join the dynamic Partnerships & Philanthropy team, overseeing Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships, and Events.Lead an ambitious Philanthropy program to secure funds from individuals, trusts, and foundations, and manage our client's Arts Council England funding.
Lead and energize our Philanthropy program, cultivating significant gifts from high-net-worth individuals and trusts. Oversee Arts Council England funding, ensuring exceptional stewardship and engagement to maximize fundraising opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Philanthropy team to achieve ambitious targets.
Engage major donors and manage the Entrepreneurs Circle.
Collaborate with the Development Board to secure new funding.
Develop and implement major donor strategies and cultivation plans.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and impact assessment.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external donors.
Coordinate successful cultivation and stewardship events.
Maximize Gift Aid opportunities and stay current with fundraising trends.
Requirements:
Proven leadership in fundraising and philanthropy.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience with high-value donor cultivation and stewardship.
