BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker based in Newcastle with travel to other sites.

The duties include but are not limited too;

To complete a support plan with each tenant detailing all elements of support required in order for their tenancy to be maintained including any signposting required. This must be reviewed on a regular basis.
To work alongside an individual in understanding how best to provide support through a thorough risk assessment process to highlight any risks to themselves, their tenancy or others this must be reviewed on a regular basis.
To provide information, advice and guidance to enable tenants to understand their responsibilities and support them to develop effective strategies to manage those responsibilities.

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, temp ongoing

9ams - 5pm (flexible start and finish time depending on person/situation)

Salary; £11.02ph PAYE - £13.73 Umbrella
