We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Clients Executives to join our London Contingency team, predominately looking after our North American Clients.

The role is fast paced, and you will quickly become a key member of the largest placing broker for global Music and Live Events.

As a Client Executive, you will provide excellent service to the client base, delivering accurate and timely documentation to all assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that all client and market deadlines are met and/or managed as appropriate
Effective and timely communication with all clients
Assist in the delivery of the demands and needs of all customers including providing advice where necessary
Prepare accurate, timely and compliant presentations and other market and client documents, as required
Maintain accurate and complete client files that are in keeping with company guidelines
Work with line management to identify professional development needs and action accordingly, when appropriate
Experience in MRC slip production preferred but not essential
Knowledge of the insurance industry and London Market processes preferred but not essential
Ability to develop effective working relationships externally and internally
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team
Personal effectiveness, including time management and priority setting
