Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Out of hours nursing team.

The working hours are 8 pm to 8 am and twilight shifts if required. The role consists of 3 components, Driving, HCA nursing and co-ordination.

Co-ordination is utilising IT and assistive technology like Web fleet and ensuring that patients are allocated to a team according to breach times and distance.

IT skills are required.

The role consists of driving distance throughout the night.

Supporting the registered nurse deliver patient care.

To drive throughout the night. Ensuring Registered nurses are able to deliver urgent and unplanned care to our patients. Drive safely and efficiently.

Ensure that the vehicle is safe, support with equipment.

To support the registered nurse to deliver care, repositioning of patients who are end of life. Assisting with personal care as required.

To have IT skills and undertake co-ordination.

possible rating and the first stand-alone NHS community trust in the country to be awarded the title.

You must be able to use your own initiative, work under pressure, keep to deadlines and have excellent driving, organisational,
interpersonal and communication skills. You should be flexible and able to work as part of a team.
