Our Client who are a market leading award winning manufacturer are seeking an efficient competent, professional Warehouse Trainer who has sound knowledge of the entire warehouse function and full working knowledge of GDP and GMP regulations

To implement and maintain the Warehouse training and development system as well as deliver controlled ongoing training within the Warehouse department.

To manage specific areas within compliance but also assist with the day to day running of the warehouse

Our client are expecting a very high standard of work to be delivered.

Duties:

70 % Training, 30 % warehouse work at Supervisory level
Ensure that staff training and development is fulfilled and to monitor individual progress
Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Responsible for carrying out continuous process stock checks in accordance with the relevant Standard Operating Procedure.
Continual improvement of training material (following the process)
Deliver practical training sessions in the Warehouse to staff
To ensure that all Warehouse training and development meets our compliance and business needs
Support the Warehouse in its day to day operation
