    Description

    Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

    Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

    Benefits: 25 days off, private healthcare, 5% pension contribution

    Length: Full-time

    Location: Hatfield (relocation planned to Luton by August 2024)

    Working Hours: Mon-Fri, flexible hours between 9.00am - 5.00pm

    Purpose of the Role:

    Collaborating with Sales, Service, and Finance departments to ensure efficient functioning of sales, service, and logistics operations

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee stock room management and inventory
    • Record incoming and outgoing goods accurately, monitor stock levels, and support engineer's stock movements
    • Maintain accurate MRP, place stock orders as required
    • Conduct regular stock audits and manage the loan database
    • Coordinate customer loans and returns, handle repair bookings and customer invoices
