Description

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Benefits: 25 days off, private healthcare, 5% pension contribution

Length: Full-time

Location: Hatfield (relocation planned to Luton by August 2024)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, flexible hours between 9.00am - 5.00pm

Purpose of the Role:

Collaborating with Sales, Service, and Finance departments to ensure efficient functioning of sales, service, and logistics operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee stock room management and inventory
Record incoming and outgoing goods accurately, monitor stock levels, and support engineer's stock movements
Maintain accurate MRP, place stock orders as required
Conduct regular stock audits and manage the loan database
Coordinate customer loans and returns, handle repair bookings and customer invoices
