THE ROLE
Deliver best in class customer service across a range of customers.

This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity that will expose you to a range of technical teams and development opportunities. You'll have lots of interaction with ITIL focused stakeholders, opening up relationships in the wider organisation. And you'll get to partner with teams in areas like LAN, WAN, Security and more.

On top of that, the team has a strong drive for individual development. You'll have access to platforms like Pluralsight to help explore ITIL frameworks and other accreditation.


All this means, while serving customers and getting to grips with BT's diagnostic & event management tools, you'll be supported by and learn from experts in many different areas.


Your core duties include:

  • Effectively triage end user incidents
  • Responding to reported faults and service requests
  • Working tickets and answering calls in line with SLAs
  • Contribute to knowledge documentation
  • Owning your personal development

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Able to resolve problems across technical and ITIL functions
  • You can break down technical details for nontechnical audiences
  • You have a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Familiar working in a team and collaborating with others

FLEXIBLE WORKING
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you'll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
