The Role:

  • The role of
-
General Assistant includes kitchen, domestic and laundry duties with some caring responsibilities such as assisting residents with their food and drink.
  • You'll have empathy and an understanding of the needs of older people as you'll also interact with our residents and play a key role in providing the caring and homely environment we strive for. You will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays when required. In return we offer excellent induction training which includes training in Dementia Care, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Infection Control and First Aid with ongoing training inhouse to ensure care practices are current and up to date.
