Sittingbourne office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Day to day administration support of the Kent Contract and Connections department supporting the Senior Administrators
  • Providing administrative support for supervisors and managers.
  • Committing and analysing task orders within the 10 day agreed period. Ensuring receipt of correct statistical drawings and ensuring schedule of rate items are correct.
  • Generating electrical drawings (UKPN) and plotting locations of works, updating job status and tasks to connections database.
  • Keeping systems up to date with relevant data.
  • Receipt and management of "As Built" drawings and Electrical test certificates, Uploading these onto Confirm system and closing out tasks in a timely manner. Closely monitor task that are issued to crew or tasks where the completion date is approaching.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description
  • To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans
  • To comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
  • Keeping UKPN up to date on future and completed works
