An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to play a pivotal role in designing, developing and leading a new community mental health rehabilitation service.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner, with complex mental health background, who is driven, passionate and excited to be part of a strategically important service provision, in line with our programme of CMH Transformation which will make a real difference to our service users' lives.
