Responsibilities:


  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends for interim legal roles
  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process for interim legal roles, including arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and conducting reference checks
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and market changes to provide the best possible service to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals in the London area

Requirements:


  • At least 12 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in delivering interim roles in the legal sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A passion for working in the legal sector and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of legal professionals
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
