Credit Controller / Manchester City Centre / Permanent / Salary £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Much More. / Property Sector Experience Desirable
A market leading property business based in Manchester are looking to recruit a Credit Controller.

The purpose of the position will be to assist the credit control team in the collection of outstanding monies and maintain the cash-flow of the business.

Thisis a great opportunity to develop your skills within a centre of excellence.

The business is going through a period of growth and over the years has built up a very reputable reputation within the property sector, they have excellent working conditions andabove market salaries and benefits.

Reporting into the Credit Control Manager the duties will include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with large international clients


Duties

  • Managing a portfolio of over 250 properties
  • Handling all client enquiries and escalating them internally when applicable
  • Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
  • Working with the property managers to resolve any credit issues
  • Monitor Receivables activities
  • Forward copy invoices and statements as requested to clients
  • Building strong relationships with all customer to ensure excellent customer service and continued business.
  • Identifying problematic accounts

Experience Required

  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller ideally working within the property sector
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good Excel skills V Lookups & Pivot Tables
