New HR Officer Job
This HR Officer generalist role is a
brand newposition to support and work alongside the HR Manager, within a large global organisation based at their Rugby site.

The Job
You will be supporting the HR Manager, working alongside senior management, supervisors, shopfloor personnel, HR colleagues in the UK and Europe, to include
- Managing employee feedback projects and benchmarking acti vities, exchanging employee engagement and business performance, encouraging managers and staff to participate, identify and commit to improvement actions
- Ensure that all managers have a detailed understanding of the full range of employee relations policies, practices and employment law in order to manage risk.
- Maintaining and developing key HR policies ensuring they adhere to legislation, support the business and employee relations.
- Resolving grievances and disciplinaries.
- Implementing training across the board, to include the apprenticeship scheme and ongoing training for all staff.
- Recruitment needs in all areas of the business.
- Handling Inductions and redundancies
- Liaising with payroll regarding sickness and overtime changes.
About You
Ideally CIPD level 5 qualification or studying towards it, with solid HR generalist experience.
If you have experience in a unionised environment that would be an advantage.
You should be capable and articulate with strong communications skills as you will be handling confidential and sensitive information.
The ability to effectively multitask and prioritise is essential for this role.
