What will you be doing as a Temporary Call Handler?
Answering inbound calls from customers in relation to changes in their current billings
Calculate and request service credits where applicable, managing the customers expectations on value and timescales
Own and case manage any issues until full resolution, ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
Place orders for replacement routers or other equipment, fulfil the orders and post them to customers
Accurately record all information and dialogue with the customer on internal system
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of telecoms/software/systems
High attention to detail
Experience of call handling is absolutely essential
Proactive and solutions focused approach to work
Excellent communication skills, with ability to deliver the message with confidence and empathy
Be able to listen and really pinpoint what the issue is
Enjoy working as part of a team, but have the drive to work on own initiative
What will you get in return for your work as a Temporary Call Handler?
An hourly rate of £11.28
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week 9-5 Monday to Friday
