Maintenance Coordinator

Position summary:Reporting to the Site Facilities Lead, the expectation of the maintenance coordinator is to oversee and coordinate the onsite maintenance activities and sub-contractors who maintain equipment and machinery.
- Assign and schedule preventative maintenance work tasks to the site maintenance technicians in a teamoriented environment.
- Coordinate weekly / monthly planned maintenance activity.
- Management of the agility maintenance system.
- Review unplanned downtime and implement preventative actions to eliminate reoccurrence.
- Coordinate and order essential spares & consumables as required for key equipment working within the SRM system.
- Work within the departmental budgets.
- Ensure team comply Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.

- Able to make high level assessments and identify risks.
- Able to coordinate activities across site and cross functional teams.
- Possesses Lean Manufacturing experience and able to drive and implement change.
- To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- HNC qualified or equivalent or min 10 years' experience within a Maintenance environment.
- Must have proven record of working in similar maintenance planning environment.
