Position summary:Reporting to the Site Facilities Lead, the expectation of the maintenance coordinator is to oversee and coordinate the onsite maintenance activities and sub-contractors who maintain equipment and machinery.

You will perform evaluations on equipment and plan activities accordingly to suit the needs of the business. You will also work closely with the EH&S team to ensure all procedures are adhered to.

  • Assign and schedule preventative maintenance work tasks to the site maintenance technicians in a teamoriented environment.
  • Coordinate weekly / monthly planned maintenance activity.
  • Management of the agility maintenance system.
  • Review unplanned downtime and implement preventative actions to eliminate reoccurrence.
  • Coordinate and order essential spares & consumables as required for key equipment working within the SRM system.
  • Work within the departmental budgets.
  • Ensure team comply Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.

  • Able to make high level assessments and identify risks.
  • Able to coordinate activities across site and cross functional teams.
  • Possesses Lean Manufacturing experience and able to drive and implement change.
  • To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.

Minimum Requirements:


  • HNC qualified or equivalent or min 10 years' experience within a Maintenance environment.
  • Must have proven record of working in similar maintenance planning environment.
