Duties include:
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- Various data entry and filing duties
- General admin support for the team
- Liaising between different departments and dealing with customers both internally and externally
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
About you:
- Good administrative working experience
- Good communicator with a professional telephone, facetoface and writing manner
- Confident IT skills, including CRM & Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to plan and manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Quick thinker and fast learner
- Enthusiastic and approachable with a 'can do' attitude
- Works well in a team as well as independently
- Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
