About the Role

As a People Services Specialist, you'll have an important role in delivering the desired service levels and colleague experience and you'll have a deep focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Excellent customer service skills that enable you to build trust and put the colleague at the heart of the experience
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to spot process efficiencies and effect changes that benefit the business and colleagues
Knowledge and experience of general HR practices
