- Manage comprehensive administrative services for Consultants and medical staff
- Act as the primary point of contact for service users
- Monitor inpatient and outpatient commitments, escalating when necessary
- Coordinate and allocate tasks within the admin team for smooth operation
- Reviewing past clinic outcomes and ensuring actions are completed
- Tracking and following up on results, diagnostics, and patient updates
- Supporting appointment bookings and typing tasks
- Work independently and proactively
- Serve as the main point of contact for Consultants and team members
- Handle inquiries from various sources effectively and diplomatically
- Ensure timely communication and message handling in the absence of team members
- Maintain effective communication within the team
- Proficiency in Audio Typing
- Experience in Medical administration and team environments
- Previous experience in clinical administrative settings
- Demonstrated advocacy for diversity in previous roles
