Description
Supporting client relationships using your expertise on pension platforms and understanding of financial operational processes.Role Duties:
- Supporting and building relationships with clients on various pension platform products
- Working with our other colleagues across the organisation to build a bestinclass service
- Leading on the frontline operational readiness for projects, working with all other parties
- Monitoring and overseeing department risks, keeping log and track of all risks, actions, and controls
- Leading on the reporting and relationship with our Thirdparty administrators, feeding into any regulatory requirements and changes
- Providing that extra care and attention for our advisers who require an enhanced level of service, arising to being a new win.
Essential Skills:
- Relationship management within pensions
- Strong pensions product knowledge
- Strong knowledge of pension platforms (e.g., SIPP and SASS)
- Good understanding of financial operational processes
- Account management experience of pension platforms
