Supporting client relationships using your expertise on pension platforms and understanding of financial operational processes.


Role Duties:


  • Supporting and building relationships with clients on various pension platform products
  • Working with our other colleagues across the organisation to build a bestinclass service
  • Leading on the frontline operational readiness for projects, working with all other parties
  • Monitoring and overseeing department risks, keeping log and track of all risks, actions, and controls
  • Leading on the reporting and relationship with our Thirdparty administrators, feeding into any regulatory requirements and changes
  • Providing that extra care and attention for our advisers who require an enhanced level of service, arising to being a new win.

Essential Skills:


  • Relationship management within pensions
  • Strong pensions product knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of pension platforms (e.g., SIPP and SASS)
  • Good understanding of financial operational processes
  • Account management experience of pension platforms
