Hagleys Group are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Call Centre Agent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and assisting students within the higher education sector.

The role:


  • Engaging with prospective students over the telephone
  • To make a high volume of outbound during the hours of 11:00 15:00 or 13:00 17:00, 3 days per week.
  • Marketing and promoting the benefits of our many courses, including beauty, life skills and progression and university courses/degrees.
  • Tailoring your pitch to each prospective students unique requirements
  • Effectively communicate pricing, promotions and package options to maximise sales opportunities
  • Working as an individual advisor and contributing to the overall team
  • Working in a targeted environment
  • Responsible for generating leads and booking face to face appointments
  • Turning leads into enrolments and sales

We are looking for individuals that are:

  • Energetic, confident and outgoing
  • Resilient
  • Have promotions, sales or customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong negotiation and objectionhandling abilities to close sales effectively
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records
