Do you have a heart for delivering compassionate care within the comfort of people's homes? We're on the lookout for dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in providing essential care and assistance to individuals, empowering them to maintain their independence and enriching their daily lives.

Requirements:

Capable of delivering personal care to individuals of all genders

Having your own transportation is advantageous but not mandatory

While experience is preferred, it's not essential as full training will be provided

Salary:
£11.44-£12.50 per hour, depending on experience

Purpose of Position:

As a Home Care Worker, your primary aim is to enable individuals to thrive within their community while ensuring their safety and well-being in their own homes.

You'll champion their independence while working with fellow care workers and professionals to provide holistic care.

Main Responsibilities:

Visit assigned service users as directed by the Care Coordinator and management

Remain vigilant for any signs of distress or changes in health, promptly communicating concerns

Conduct all duties with utmost respect for the privacy, dignity, and worth of each individual

Assist with mobility, including transfers to and from bed and chairs

Help with dressing, grooming, and managing personal equipment

Support with personal hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, and meal assistance

Social Duties:
Motivate service users to engage in daily activities suited to their abilities

Facilitate meaningful connections through genuine conversation and attentive listening

Collaborate with informal caregivers, external agencies and professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive support

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
£11.44-£12.50 per hour
