Our family-run company is expanding, and we're seeking another dynamic and tenacious consultant to join us in our Norwich office.

We're looking to develop in new areas and to do that we want to expand our already successful team.

To help grow you'll have the support of our fantastic resource team. Our customer-focused approach will see the customer's journey at the heart of everything we do.

We like our service to do the talking but we need people who are happy to pick up the phoneand shout from the rooftops about how passionate we are about what we do.

Following your training, you will have an excellent knowledge of the company's recruitment criteria as well as the positions available and in-demand roles.


Objective:


  • Recruit and retain teachers working with the company

Detail about the role:


  • NR1 Office-Based role
  • 40 hour week, Monday Friday
  • 8am 5pm or 830am 530pm shift.

There is the opportunity to progress within the department, moving from a Trainee to a Resource Consultant. £19,500 - £20,500 starting salary per year. OTE £27,500
