Description

This role will be responsible for leading the planning, shaping, delivering, and influencing communications required to support the successful roll-out and adoption of change programmes across the company.

This will involve working collaboratively andin partnership with project and change leads and teams, regional and market stakeholders, communications teams, engagement partners and key stakeholders, to create communications and engagement activity to build understanding, awareness and support the effectivedelivery of change programmes.

This role will lead change communications across our change programmes, being creative and enthusiastic, to enable successful adoption of change and to ensure colleagues feel informed, engaged, inspired, and excited about change.

The role will deliver one narrativearound change that supports the delivery of strategy. The outputs will be relatable and digestible for all colleagues to ensure they smoothly adopt new ways of working. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Develop, leading and planning change communicationstrategy for launching and sustaining adoption of change at our company
Develop core narratives to drive consistent understanding and adoption across the organisation, with key stakeholders and employees, suitable for a global audience.
Be the primarylink between change communications and internal and external communication teams
Manage the actual delivery of communications during high pressures times.
Ensure we have a simple and consistent method to delivering change communications across the wholeorganisation.

- Ensure we have robust communications plans across all projects and programmes with constituent tone of voice, with one version of truth around the "why" - Support and Coach (and deliver where required) the strategic development, implementation,and delivery of all project communications activities to address project needs
