We are currently seeking an Interim Pensions Administrator to join our accomplished team in Bristol.

As a key contributor, you will support our team leads in managing various books of business, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately process client instructions and task activities, adhering to the company's service standards and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and business introducers, fostering open lines of communication.
  • Inform managers, clients, and financial intermediaries about any specific matters or issues affecting schemes and benefits, ensuring proactive problemsolving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Previous experience within an administration role

Salary:
Up to £12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
