Description
37 hours per week, to be worked during Monday - Friday, Permanent, Full Time
Location: Central Location
You will have experience of working in a housing related or other public service environment and working effectively with a range of partners and Ward Members.
You will have experience of direct dealing with members of the public with a clear understanding of customer care standards. Also a sound understanding of dealing with tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and supporting our most vulnerable residents.
You will require Level 6 qualification e.g. Bachelor Degrees, Graduate Certificates and Diplomas or Level 5 qualification e.g.; Diplomas of HE and FE, foundation degrees and HNDs plus experience in relevant areas of work over a period of years Or Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience A Job and person profile is attached.
