Accounts Assistant – Grimsby –£25,000 to £30,000Chase & Holland are excited to be exclusively working alongside a fast-growing FMCG business, based in Grimsby, who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.

This role will offer the candidate the chance to get hands on with the finance function and become a crucial part in plans to drive the business forward.

In Return You'll Receive: Workplace pension schemeFlexible working hoursOn-site canteenFree parkingAccounts Assistant responsibilities will include:Raising and processing daily sales invoices, ensuring correct pricingProcessing of credit notes and debit notesChecking, reconciling, and processing supplier billsAssisting with weekly cashflow and payment schedulesMonitoring accounts receivables, allocation of customer receiptsWeekly and monthly bank reconciliationPreparing statutory or regulatory forms as and when requiredAssist with preparing employee wagesManaging employee expense claimsCredit controlHelping finance colleagues in preparing and circulating periodic reports, including the monthly management information packUndertake ad-hoc tasks as required by members of the finance teamRequired Skills & Experience: Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing business would be a significant advantageAAT qualified is an advantage but not essentialHighly numerate and organisedStrong IT skills, including excel and ability to manage dataOrganised and flexible approach to work, with the ability to plan and prioritiseAbility to build effective relationships with colleaguesIf you are interested in finding out about this exciting Accounts Assistant opportunity, please click 'apply now'.Chase & Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
