Description

To assist registered nurses deliver evidence based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers.

Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the under the supervision for periods the period of the shift.

Essential requirement - NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or equivalenthowever if you have previous experience in a care environment and do not have an NVQ we can support you in undertaking
