Credit Control Clerk responsibilities include:
- Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact
- Escalation of accounts and issues as required
- Actively engage in relevant opportunities for crossdepartment working to build relationships & share knowledge
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team
Profile
You will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
