Description

Credit Control Clerk responsibilities include:

  • Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact
  • Escalation of accounts and issues as required
  • Actively engage in relevant opportunities for crossdepartment working to build relationships & share knowledge
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team

Profile

You will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
