As one of the most established temporary power companies in the UK, Woodlands Power has been serving the industrial power generation market for over 70 years.


We offer a complete temporary power service, including generator hire, sales, installation and maintenance, as well as a 24/7 service for emergency call outs.


Operating predominantly from our 4-acre midlands HQ and supported by additional sites in Manchester and London, our projects have taken us all over the world - from the fjords in Norway, to remote areas in the UAE.

We also powered Live Aid, and solely powered the island of Granada for two years.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company at a crucial time as we look to expand.

We are seeking a driven and competent individual to join our team as our Service Sales Coordinator to be based at our Evesham head office.


Title:
Service Sales Coordinator - Power Systems


Responsibilities:


  • You will act as the first point of contact for customers for power system service sales
  • Talking with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine system maintenance requirements & repairs
  • Identify and explore new opportunities, follow up outstanding enquiries and make outbound calls when required
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and are coordinated with Woodlands' engineering team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Provide weekly enquiry reports to the Commercial Director
  • Provide cover to support the company's 24/7 operation as a backup, where applicable and support to other departments when required.

Experience/ skills required:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, comfortable engaging on appropriate social media channels (i.e. Linkedin)
  • Commercial awareness you will need to understand how your role relates to the company's wider business objectives
  • Ability to produce highquality proposals using MS office suite and experience of routinely using a CRM system
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, time management and organising skills
  • Experience of working within a similar role (either Service Sales or Service Coordination) would be advantageous
  • Clean driving licence

Qualifications:


  • GCSE in English and Maths

Job type:


  • Full time, permanent
  • Standard office hours: 8am 5pm. Monday to Friday
  • Participation in "out of hours" enquiries where applicable

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
