Warehouse Administrator

Corby

Permanent

Full-time (8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday 1 hour lunch)

£23,000
Specific training will be provided for manual handling equipment and in-house WMS.


Key duties and responsibilities of the Contract Administrator:

  • Manage administration activities relating to order processing.
  • Liaise with internal warehouse and admin teams, as well as external suppliers and contractors.
  • Deal with the full cycle of customer orders, from ordering to dispatching, and ensuring these are processed accurately.
  • Update diaries and advise customers and internal departments accordingly.
  • Perform daily checks and accurately input onto WMS and SA.
  • Maintaining customer paperwork.
  • Printing and allocating labels.
  • Ensure good operational practices by conforming to all company policies and SOPs.
  • Any other duties as required to ensure departmental tasks are completed daily.

Key skills and experience required:


  • Previous administrative and contract experience, ideally in a 3PL environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS and IT proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • An analytical and problemsolving mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
