Warehouse Administrator

Permanent
Full-time (8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday 1 hour lunch)
£23,000
Specific training will be provided for manual handling equipment and in-house WMS.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Contract Administrator:
- Manage administration activities relating to order processing.
- Liaise with internal warehouse and admin teams, as well as external suppliers and contractors.
- Deal with the full cycle of customer orders, from ordering to dispatching, and ensuring these are processed accurately.
- Update diaries and advise customers and internal departments accordingly.
- Perform daily checks and accurately input onto WMS and SA.
- Maintaining customer paperwork.
- Printing and allocating labels.
- Ensure good operational practices by conforming to all company policies and SOPs.
- Any other duties as required to ensure departmental tasks are completed daily.
Key skills and experience required:
- Previous administrative and contract experience, ideally in a 3PL environment.
- Strong working knowledge of WMS and IT proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- An analytical and problemsolving mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
