Training Manager
Quick Service Restaurant - New store franchises

Our client is going through a period of growth and due to new ownership and investment are due to expand across the UK.

This couldn't be a better time to come on board They have the recipe of successful branches and they are evolving in to large sized storeswith new franchises opening up.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Orientating the new franchisees and their restaurants in to the company brand and delivering on boarding for the team.
Supporting with new store openings and delivering the training for the team.
Ensure that the highest level of service and operations are on line to ensure success
Conduct brand audits to ensure the brand guidelines and met which will enable success for the new store

Other ongoing support will also be part of your remit and this will ensure that annual training is up to date and delivered and research any additional training is arranged.

You will be travelling with the role so a driver is required. Expenses covered.
