Senior Account Manager - £34k - 42k
Our client is a CRM specialist that work with a mix of well know brands. Looking in to customer behaviour and the way consumers interact with particular brands is their forte.


Due to an increase in client business, they are looking to bring on a Senior Account Manager to be the client facing link.

You will oversee the projects in progress and be the font of all knowledge for your stakeholders, colleagues and data teams.

At this level you will be presenting to clients and building professional trust by recommending ideas for their campaigns. You will manage budgets, schedules and delivery while ensuring the invoicing is kept on top of.

Internally, you will lead junior membersof the client service team and having grown through the account manager ranks, will appreciate their role and what is needed regarding direction and motivation.


At this level, you will be supporting the strategic plans and look out for new business opportunities to enhance the service as an agency, you are giving.

You will also look at the resource given to the project by having the right team in place to implementthe strategy.


To be considered you will have:

  • Agency Account Manager experience
  • CRM / data driven marketing campaign delivery experience
  • A progressive career within the sector
  • Technical understanding and working knowledge of Word and CRM databases
  • Team minded approach to your work. Collaborative worker
