Lockton are currently recruiting for a Producer Support Administrator to join the Midmarket Solicitors division in London.


Role purpose

The role is working directly with one of the Senior Lockton Partners offering client support from an administrative perspective.

This role will suit an enthusiastic and energetic individual with prior insurance experience, looking to work in a high tempo role with a willingness to learn and immerse themselves in a busy hands-on role.


About the Role

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Partner in question, working quickly and efficiently
  • Using inhouse systems to set up new client files and producing policy documents
  • Provision of administrative support in accordance with agreed Lockton procedures
  • Accurately prepare client and market documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with internal clients and where necessary external clients
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Willingness and ability to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning
  • Work in conjunction with the Partner to ensure excellent client service

Your knowledge and expertise:

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • A minimum of 1 years insurance experience in a support role
  • Confidence to ask questions and query ideas when necessary
  • Willingness to learn and understand the business requirements
  • Have a flexible working approach; happy to travel into the office and go that extra mile when required
