37 hours per week - 18 months fixed term

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Partner (Technical Support) to provide front line service for customers contacting Valleys to Coast.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a fast paced and customer focused environment as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role.

You will need a good understanding of housing repairs and maintenance and be a good problem solver.

As part of the role you will communicate in a timely and accurate manner with contractors involved in the provision of Valleys to Coast Groups' out of hours emergency telephone cover, ensuring adequate cover is also in place for periods of service closure.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 18 months

Pay:
£30,628.00 per year
