As a Service Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in service management and fostering a data-driven culture. By preparing service performance metrics, building impactful PowerBI dashboards, and providing valuable insights for improvement, you will actively contribute to Cadent's vision. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service performance metrics to stakeholders across various departments, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.
• Guide and prioritise the workload of the Junior Service Reporting Analyst, providing support and direction for specific activities.
• Build PowerBI dashboards that effectively communicate service management processes to senior stakeholders and colleagues.
• Analyse data, identify insights, and provide recommendations for improvement, actively driving enhancements to ITSM tools for better metrics validation and performance.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders by generating reports and dashboards for service and vendor reviews, and provide valuable data for meetings with the Director of IT Service Ops and other ITLT stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified in Power BI Reporting with a strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to provide valuable insights.
• ITIL Foundation qualified, demonstrating your knowledge of service management processes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage relationships.
• Proficiency in Service Management ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and a solid understanding of service management processes, software, and applications.
