Mid/Snr Software Engineer (React)

£65,000 - £85,000

Edinburgh (Remote or Hybrid)

Overview


We have an amazing opportunity for Fronted or Full Stack Software Engineers who are motivated by leveraging their technical skills for good and having a real impact on a global scale.


This is a chance to join an established start-up that is rapidly growing and looking to build out their engineering team.

You will have complete autonomy to solve problems whilst having support on tap whenever needed.


This company recognises that we are human and have a life outside of work which they want to support with and help you enjoy.

This will be a remote role with the occasional day in the pffice when needed.


About the role

  • Develop solid, well performing and maintainable frontend code using React JS or similar frameworks
  • Automate tests
  • Work with Team Lead, developers, designers and product managers to make the test taker experience as good as possible
  • Promote knowledge sharing and DevOps culture across our entire engineering departments

About you

  • At least 3 years experience web development experience
  • Background in the latest frontend technologies
  • Proven React experience
  • Strong understanding of web standards, crossbrowser compatibility, and CSSbased design
