Role Description
An opportunity has arisen to join a facilities management team at the world's leading music and entertainment business.

The position will report into the facilities coordinator and will work alongside new and existing roles within the facilities team.

Themain purpose of the role is to work parallel with the facilities coordinator and fully support with the day to day running of the office/business providing a 5-star customer service to Live Nation Entertainment staff.

What the role includes

  • Helping and supporting the facilities coordinator with the daytoday operations of the building
  • Heavy lifting and carrying crates and boxes as well as other items such as copier paper
  • Distributing and collecting mail around building
  • Booking all outgoing couriers
  • Checking reception for deliveries and keeping a log/ track all parcels and deliveries
  • Liaising with all couriers and porters
  • Assisting with general daytoday requests from staff
  • Distributing milk and fruit to the tea points and canteen and replenish all the coffee machines
  • Distributing newspapers and magazines in the morning
  • Refilling HOD and meeting room fridges with water bottles
  • Auditing the Wellness Space and Games Room and checking equipment is safe and usable
  • Helping with ad hoc requests from the facilities coordinator and staff
  • Monitoring tickets on the Help Desk for any mail room related requests
  • Assisting the facilities coordinator with general handyman tasks
  • Assisting with room setups when required
  • Helping Reception staff to restock stationary supplies
  • Assisting the facilities coordinator with furniture moves/ fridge stocking for events
  • Supporting the facilities coordinator with the onsite and offsite storage
  • Reprographics photocopying, scanning, binding, typing, amending and printing documentation as instructed

Shared Responsibilities

  • Incoming/outgoing post, couriers, deliveries etc. are shared responsibility between reception team and mail clerk as and when required
  • Work alongside the reception manager to ensure onsite events and meetings run safely and smoothly and to a high standard
