Production of ad-hoc and regular reporting for the wider business.

Review at least weekly the accrued and deferred income balances for Cyclescheme and Techscheme, and complete appropriate route cause analysis to highlight and resolve any systemic issues (system, process or people driven).

Perform a weekly reconciliation of the Techscheme orders to ensure we have been invoiced correctly.

Reconcile the End of Hire account on a daily basis and ensure funds received are accurate, posting adjustments where required.

Ownership of intercompany balances with various other group companies, including routine postings and reconciliations, as well as investigating any differences.

Support the tax team with Cyclescheme VAT feeding into the group VAT return.

Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, company and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice and business risk is minimized.

Strong working knowledge of MS office to include excel
Experience of working within an accounts environment
AAT level 3 as a minimum
Working towards the next level of finance qualification
