Role:

As a Marketing Executive with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our marketing strategies across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include content creation, social media management, email marketing, product launches, event planning, brand collaborations, and supporting overall marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create monthly content calendars for organic social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) aligned with weekly themes and messaging.
Generate innovative ideas to keep our Facebook community engaged through competitions, updates, exclusive offers, and activities.
Manage Shopify uploads for product launches and updates.
Manage our email marketing using Klaviyio
Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) launch plans, including packaging and marketing strategies.
Plan and participate in marketing events.
Foster brand collaborations to expand our reach and relevance in the market.
Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and voice across all channels and materials.
Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis.
Collaborate with graphic design or PR teams to deliver cohesive brand content.

The right person will have a strong working knowledge in the above areas, have a flair for creativity whilst ensuring projects are driven forward and completed on time. At Heylo we love passion and positivity and always have the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. It's a fantastic time to join this young but ambitious brand that is growing week by week and be part of a small but caring and dynamic team.

This is a Hybrid role with 1/2 days a week at home. The role is commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and surrounding areas.
